TIRES - I've put Nokian tires on our Yukon, these are great "all weather" tires which means they are winter tires for ice & snow...BUT you don't have to swap them out in the summer. Combined with AWD/4WD you have maximum traction and safety in the winter without the hassle of swapping tire sets.
They are a matching set in good condition with lots of tread life left. Cost about $1,200 to buy. Pretty much the best tires money can buy.

We are selling it because my wife is going back to school and our kids are getting older, we're not camping as much.
"It's a used vehicle" - here is the "full disclosure":
- we've had it in the body shop 3 times for repairs. All 3 times, it was for superficial damage to the bumpers and sheet metal. It has never been in any sort of collision with another vehicle.
- the paint does have several minor scratches & some hood chips.
- there is some minor hail damage, it's not easy to see but it is there.
There are very few units like this out there. I have it priced to sell and I don't think it will last long!
